As for me, I don't believe in LUCK. Active Income Vs. Passive Income

When I started blogging to make money online, a few things become apparent to me. The most important is the significant difference between "active income" and "passive income". Let me explain.

"Active income" is the amount of money you make while you're actively blogging, writing, leaving comments, submitting articles and marketing your blog. "Passive income" on the other hand is residual in nature, and it's how much money you can earn if you suddenly stopped doing all of the things above. Understanding the benefits of both can help you decide which ones to focus on.

Active income is easy for anyone - while you're working hard you earn what you deserve. That's great, but what happens when you stop? It's a marketer's greatest fear, because 95% of people stop making any form of online income the moment they cut down on writing and blogging. If something were to happen to you and active blogging becomes impossible altogether, your online well literally dries up quicker than you can imagine.

That's why I learned to focus on building "passive income" as well. Unlike active income, this type of income generally takes a longer time to show results, and even when it does the cash usually comes in small "streams". Most people would scoff at it and dismiss it as mere "pocket money". I did the same thing, but when I look back at my income for the last year, my passive income streams have been growing steadily and consistently, with almost no extra effort on my part.

If I stop everything I am doing right now and literally disappear from the face of the earth, my little passive income streams will continue to grow. Now, what if I could add more streams of passive income to this, and build it to the point where it becomes a raging river of cash, still running virtually on auto-pilot?

Building wealth requires a completely different mindset and strategy. If you're not consciously building wealth, then you're no better off than you would be working a 9-5 job. Your income is to tied up to the work you do NOW, and the amount of money you make is directly related to the amount of time you sacrifice.

Flipping through the main e-book guide (over 150 pages), I find that the earlier sections are perfect for the absolute newbie. It explains in detail common blogging terms, how blogging works, and what to expect when starting a blog. Then Gobala goes into more technical, advanced stuff including how to transform a WordPress blog into a static website, how to optimize your blog, and also how to get traffic to your blog.

This was what actually caught my eye in the first place - 30 super-cool looking WordPress themes that are "AdSense ready". This means that the AdSense codes have already been placed in the theme in strategic locations. All you need to do is enter your AdSense publisher IDs and you're done.

I think the theme alone are worth more than what the entire system costs, and by looking at them I'm sure they can generate quite decent click-throughs for your blog if you were using them. After all with Google AdSense you make more money when you (1) get more traffic or (2) get more clicks.

(4) Keyword Research Tools

A simple but useful keyword research tool is also included in WordPress AdSense System. Keyword research is extremely important if you're trying to build auto-pilot AdSense blogs since most of your traffic will be from search engines like Google. You need to make sure you're targeting the correct keywords before you write your first blog post!

Through eBay, you can buy items in almost any
category that you can imagine – at great prices.
You can also sell almost anything you can
imagine on eBay. Try searching for 'wire name' on
ebay and you will see some of the nicest

People often sell items that have absolutely
no real value for very high prices. There
are limits, however, to what can be bought and sold.

eBay does not allow certain items to be auctioned
through their website. Services are one type of ‘item’
that cannot be auctioned – simply because it is not

It's hard to 'make' oneself to practice when he doesn't have the MOTIVATIONS within.In order to play music with your guitar, you don't have to struggle to have motivation or will to practice. Remember how you get started in the first place? it's because of the MUSIC. You saw Jimmy Hendrix videos, and you said in your heart 'wow! I want to be able to play like that!!."The end result should be the motivation~ the Music itself. However, most of the time this is just NOT enough.

Outside motivators are used often by ourseves, music teachers, and even parents. If you practice, you get a new guitar, money, rewards, certificate or even they promise to bring you out for a meal. Little that know that this has very LITTLE to do with making, learning or performing music through the lead guitar.

To improve will and discipline, we will explore 4 types of motivation. You MUST identify which one that suit you and go with them. Use it in ways that is honest and effective. In certain situations, these ways could be a powerful motivators. One the other hands, they can distract you form having a discipled practice.

1. Competition
Tell yourself that there is always someone else around that can take your place when you're not on your toes.Whenyou'r not practicing your guitar, there's always someone out there who's waiting to come in your band and take your place. Personally, I am not a great fan of using this tactics as motivators, probably because I believe that should play our guitar without any fear or self-doubt. However,I learned to respect the simple fact that accountability can and does produce results.

2. Performances
As young as we are as a lead guitarist, we must play scales and solo pieces several times a year, and some courses, we cannot go further if we don't complete the examinations. Performance demand so much preparations that practicing just happen evem if no one is asking you to do it. It will just happen.

3.Self-Esteem
Remember the good things other people said about your playing. Feel good when you play your lead guitar. Remember the praises given by your parent, friends and workmates etc.

4.Concern
Sometimes our anxiety that we wouldn't know how to play in front of people should be braces as thought was an old friend. One musicians shared this ," anxiety sometimes motivates me to get my act together.My guru has a saying "Trust in God-but first tie your camel." God will take care of you if you make reasonable preparation.SO I take care of my lead guitar and do my preparation-and I still don't know what's going to happen, but I know I've done my part"

Regardles of which one of the above motivates us. You have to do well.WIth this in your heart, you can apply these motivators ass keys to improve your will to practice your lead guitar.
